Tax Manager

Elite Sourcing LLC is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and planning for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement tax strategies that minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Manage and lead a team of tax professionals.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
• Review and analyze complex tax returns and financial statements.
• Research, interpret, and apply tax legislation and regulations.
• Advise clients on tax implications and opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance.
• Experience managing and leading a team of tax professionals.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in tax software and MS Office Suite.
