Tax Manager

• Manage and oversee the tax preparation and compliance process for clients
• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct tax research and analysis to provide strategic tax planning advice
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and assess their impact on clients
• Develop and implement tax strategies that minimize liabilities and maximize savings
• Mentor and train junior staff members in tax compliance and planning
• Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated solutions for clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or JD preferred
• CPA or EA certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
