Job Description
Tax Associate, Partner or Of Counsel with 5 or more years of experience to join our Taxation, Trusts & Estates department. Ideal candidates will have experience advising clients on individual, partnership, S-corporation and C-corporation income tax matters, in addition to M&A transactions. Excellent academic credentials, as well as strong written, interpersonal and communication skills, are required. Candidates should be able to work in a team while also handling significant individual responsibilities. Large firm experience and an LL.M. in Taxation are preferred. Requirements
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- 3-5 years of experience in tax law.
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
- LL.M. in Taxation is a plus but not required.
