Job Description

We are seeking an associate with three to five years of experience to join our Tax team in either our Milwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin offices. A successful candidate will have sophisticated, private practice experience in federal tax matters. Experience in drafting and negotiating tax provisions of contracts is required. Transaction structure planning and international tax experience is preferred but not required.
