Job Description


Bricker Graydon is currently seeking a Tax Attorney to join its growing Business Industry Group in Cincinnati, Ohio to work with our team of experienced tax professionals. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of private practice tax experience in corporate and partnership taxation, business structuring and formation (choice of entity), mergers and acquisitions, and tax-exempt organizations. Experience in handling civil tax controversy matters and Tax Court trial experience is a plus. Although not required, an LL.M. in Taxation is preferred.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
