Summary of Program

Jabil?s Summer Internship Program is set to launch in summer 2025. As an intern, you'll have the unique opportunity to engage with Jabil?s leadership team and participate in a variety of experiences focused on professional development, networking, and community engagement.

Summary of Position

As part of Jabil?s Talent Management team, this position will perform data analysis and manage the materials and tools to support global talent management, talent experience, talent assessment, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Intern Duties & Responsibilities

Support employee experience data gathering and analysis efforts

Design, program, and manage surveys with validated items to measure critical aspects of the employee experience

Analyze survey and people data and create data visualizations using Excel and Qualtrics

Summarize and present research findings

Research and make proposals for best practices in quantitative and qualitative data analysis (tools and techniques)

Assist with the development of communications materials, training materials, guides, tools, and templates to support Talent Management initiatives

Other duties as assigned within Talent Management

Qualifications:

Majors: Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Human Resource Management

Class Years: Full-time graduate student in a master?s or PhD program

GPA: Min 3.0

Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg, Florida from May 19, 2025 ? Aug 8, 2025

Technical Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Knowledge of psychometrics and research methods in psychology

Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis in Excel, Qualtrics experience a plus

Other Professional Skills:

Effective communication

Strong attention to detail

Proactive/takes initiative

Time management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines

Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision-Making Skills, & Resilience
