Job Description: ProArch is excited to welcome motivated Freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team! This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment. As a Fresher Talent Acquisition professional, you will learn the fundamentals of the recruitment process, develop essential skills, and contribute to our team's efforts in sourcing and securing top talent. Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
• Support the team in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Help in maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in resume reviews and candidate assessments.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Learn and understand ProArch's culture and hiring needs.
• We are looking for recent graduate with a passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

Requirements

• Education Qualification: MBA Graduate Preferred.
• A keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
