Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates to find the perfect match for Fengate's open role requirements and long-term goals. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help develop long-term recruitment strategies and build trusting relationships with potential hires and internal stakeholders. Ultimately, they will create strong talent pipelines for our current and future hiring needs as set out in our strategic plan for Vision 2027.
