Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description:? We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support the continued expansion of?Teltonika?in the United States. In this role, you will play a key?part?in building strong local teams by?identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions.?This position is heavily focused on full-cycle recruitment, proactive?headhunting, sourcing, and talent mapping, requiring a recruiter who can effectively?identify, engage, assess, and?hire passive candidates across the United States and Latin America.?The ideal candidate is a resourceful talent hunter with strong?a strong?track record?of building candidate pipelines from scratch, and experience recruiting across diverse markets and cultures. Experience hiring for both the U.S. and LATAM regions is highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish?proficiency?is strongly?preferred..?Bilingual English/Spanish?proficiency?is highly preferred.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.??

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs,?provide?market insights, and drive effective hiring decisions.?

• Proactively source,?identify, and engage passive candidates across the United States through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.?

• Build and?maintain?talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across sales, engineering, operations, and corporate functions.?

• Conduct talent mapping and market research activities to?identify?top talent in target industries and geographic regions.?

• Support occasional recruitment and sourcing initiatives across Latin America, partnering with local stakeholders when?required.?

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets.?

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and?headhunting, with a strong ability to?identify, approach, and convert passive candidates.?

• Strong?headhunting?and talent mapping skills, with the ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch.?

• Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. states and markets; exposure to Latin American recruiting is a plus.?

• Bilingual English and Spanish?proficiency?strongly preferred.?

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.?
