Position Summary The?Talent Acquisition?Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the?Talent Acquisition function/team and helps deliver an excellent?candidate?experience across the?candidate and new hire?lifecycle. This role manages day-to-day?people?operations tasks?? talent acquisition,?onboarding,?ATS?data accuracy, employee communications, compliance tracking, and reporting?while supporting a positive, inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities?
  • Coordinate full-cycle onboarding for new hires: prepare offer materials, run background checks, complete new-hire paperwork, set up equipment access, and?facilitate?orientation.
  • Prepare standard?TA?reports and dashboards (turnover, headcount, new hires, diversity metrics) and support ad-hoc analyses.
  • Support recruiting operations: post jobs, screen basic applications, schedule interviews,?maintain?applicant tracking system hygiene, and coordinate candidate communications.
  • Serve as a point of contact for?Talent Acquisitions; escalate complex issues to?Talent Acquisition Leader?
  • Support HR projects (process improvements, system implementations, DEI initiatives) and other duties as assigned.

Requirements Qualifications?Required?

  • 2?4 years of experience in HR,?Talent Acquisition,?or administrative role supporting?HR?functions.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g.,?Workable, Rippling) and strong comfort with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Solid knowledge of employment-related documentation and basic compliance (I-9, W-4, state reporting).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver tasks on?deadline?in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Qualifications Preferred?
  • Associate's?or?bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in a technology, consulting, or environmental services firm.
  • Exposure to benefits administration?and leave?management processes.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or working toward certification.
