Job Description


GAO Tek Inc. is seeking proactive and motivated MBA and master’s students for our Human Resources Internship. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR management, ideal for students aspiring to build careers in human resources within a globally recognized high-tech company. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in identifying candidates across multiple channels, post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. 
  • Maintain positive candidate experiences through clear communication and timely follow-ups. 
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including documentation management and employee integration. 
  • Contribute to research on HR practices, recruitment trends, and talent acquisition strategies. 
  • Support engagement efforts with business partners and external contacts for collaboration opportunities. 

Qualifications:  

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree (MBA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Strong market research and data analysis skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work. 
  • Effective team collaboration skills, especially in remote environments. 
  • Commit to 20 hours per week during the internship period.
