JOB SUMMARY:

Polaris, a global powersports leader, is looking for Analyst-QA Engineer to ensure high quality Dealer-facing International Ordering Portal.

The candidate is responsible for the high-level design and integration of the company's Web Portals. Effectively partners with project managers and application developers in defining business processes and writing functional specifications to meet the needs of the business and perform the Quality Check. Demonstrates passion for strengthening and enhancing business results via software solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transforms requirements into Software Design & solutions.

Leads in producing deliverables including DB layouts, app modules and UI Wireframes and communicating functional specifications to developers.

Coordinate with the cross functional teams to build, test and deliver the solution.

Develop, maintain, and communicate meaningful functional test plans that holistically analyze websites on all major supported web browser platforms.

Thoroughly document issues found, assign proper severity, and drive resolution

Execute various Integration, functional, User Acceptance, performance & regression testing to support software releases to customers

Integrate automated testing solutions into continuous integration pipelines or equivalent

Have a customer-focused mindset & responsible to deliver the solutions that is centered around a great customer experience.

Provides application support to internal and external user base & troubleshoots production issues and provides resolution.

Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar degree

8+ years' experience as system analyst and testing for Web Applications.

2+ years of .NET Analyst role for performing system analysis and writing functional specifications.

Experience in Database Management System : SQL Server.

Strong Analytical knowledge on Web Applications.

Postman Experience for API Testing

Performance testing experience.

Strong background and knowledge in automated, system, smoke, black box, integration, and unit testing

Experience with Agile development methods such as Scrum and Kanban along with using tools like DevOps/Jira.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the cross functional teams and create testing plans and written reports showing errors.

Nice to Have:

Optimizely B2B Commerce experience.

Knowledge on MS D365 FO

Ability and desire to span for SA and QA (Manual/Automation) roles is highly valued.

Experience in Test Automation
