Supply Chain Amin
Support the supply chain team by executing administrative activities. Requires interaction with cross functional team members and suppliers, as well as the ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ensures compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
What you will do:
Proposal Support
Receives & evaluates proposals (RFP)
Executes purchasing proposal activity and support contract pricing.
Communicate with supplier on order status or deviations.
Supplier adds/changes
Invoice reconciliation
Credit Card Reconciliation
Creating shipping packets for materials which need to be returned to vendor
Catalog purchasing and purchasing initiation.
Ibuy ? administrate & utilize electronic procurement tools to facilitate indirect purchases (MRO, supplies, etc)
Initiate purchase requisition from quote
Manage Lead Times and availability of incoming materials and materials transfers
QALRS ? execute material transfer to initiate a quality lot review.
Verify materials accepted through inspection.
Maintain & update lead times within the ERP system

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 45,700.00 - 84,800.00
