Warehouse Supervisor will establish management processes for advancing and ensuring consistency of the Environmental, Health and Safety program within area of responsibility. Oversees equipment maintenance in assigned area to insure safe and efficient operation. Maintains required company records and other related documentation (i.e. Employee Attendance and Performance Records; Output Quotas; Invoices). Maintains the building facility in the absence of the site Manager, taking immediate action regarding any function normally attended to by the Manager.?

Your Impact

Sets expectations and holds team members accountable for Environmental, Health and Safety program compliance and model the appropriate behavior.

Independently instructs and supervises the warehouse workforce by delegating job duties to team members as well as by reviewing their performance; provides required training to insure efficient and effective output.

Assures cost controls and quality production in assigned areas through efficient company operations.

Evaluates feedback from team members, customers, and dealers, and responds to them as appropriate in order to promote positive relationships both internally and externally.

Independently and collectively inspects work performed in order to maximize quality standards upheld by company.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Equivalent to four years of high school.

Any Business Management education is also highly recommended.

At least three to five years of relevant warehouse supervision experience.

Requires knowledge of agricultural equipment parts, machinery, and equipment, as well as applicable company operating procedures.

Your Compensation:

This position will be within the range of $41,100 - $82,000 based on experience in addition with Overtime Allowance. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 5% compensation.
