Al Warren Oil Company is seeking a Summer Marketing & Business Development Intern who is ready to get real-world experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This full-time, paid internship offers a robust mix of marketing, event planning, data analysis, and business development responsibilities.

• Research and identify potential new customers, markets, and trends.
• Organize lead and customer data using Microsoft Excel .
• Assist in planning and executing customer appreciation events including sporting events, dinners, and golf outings.
• Act as Event Manager for our largest golf event in September , helping coordinate vendors, logistics, and follow-ups.
• Attend industry expos and events, working booths and promoting the Al Warren Oil brand .
• Create content and write engaging posts to increase social media traffic .
• Update internal communication boards and send employee newsletters.
• Communicate with customers to confirm participation in events and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements

• Are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Business .
• Will be a junior or senior in Fall 2025 .
• Have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat .
• Are organized, creative, and confident in writing and public speaking.
• Thrive in both collaborative and independent work environments.
• Have reliable transportation to attend local events and meetings.
