Job Description

Serving elementary and middle school students (grades K8)

Work Hours: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM | Monday through Friday | June 30 - August 1

End Goal: Student collaboration and performance in our culminating summer showcase, Dianne's Recital

The Site Coordinator manages all day-to-day programming operations, supervises staff, monitors attendance, communicates with families, and ensures students have a safe, joyful experience. This role is central to the successful execution of programming leading to Dianne's Recital.

Requirements

Prior leadership or site management experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to motivate a team and manage logistics efficiently
