Job Description

Ocean Academy, in Bayville, NJ, is a small therapeutic school that offers educational services to students that need a more structured, nurturing environment to reach their academic and social goals. Our behavioral health school programs are designed to successfully transition students back to districts or to successfully complete graduation requirements. As part of Bright Harbor Healthcare, we work collaboratively with students, their families, and school districts to provide support and services.

Position Title: Substitute Administrative Assistant
Position Type: Substitute; As Needed

Location: Bayville, NJ
Department: Ocean Academy
Salary: $15.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

In the absence of the school admin asst. perform clerical duties including school acceptance/termination letters, attendance letters, suspension reports, report cards, accommodation/warning letters.
Maintain and update student cards, processing of vouchers. order and maintain supplies.
Perform reception duties, schedule appointments for principal

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point
