Seeking tohire highly qualified midlevel or senior associates with (JD 2022 or moresenior) with law firm experience and excellent andexcellent academic credentials to join our structured transactions practice group. 2023 law school graduates with RMBS or CLO experience will also be considered. The practicegroup. The successful applicant must possess corporate and/or finance transactions financetransactions experience (background in structured finance and securitization is preferred. ispreferred). Also, RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience is highly preferred, but not butnot required. This position can also be located in our NY or Washington, DC Washington,DC offices.
