Job Description
We are seeking a Strategy & Change Management Specialist Junior with at least 1 year of experience applying strategic and change management skills to support transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field, or have entry-level experience in change management.
Requirements
- Apply strategic and change management skills to assist in transformation efforts.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to drive organizational change.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident with a minimum of 3 years of legal residency in the U.S.
- Must have a favorably completed NACI or T1 investigation equivalent, including an FBI fingerprint check, prior to installation access.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field, or entry-level experience in change management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in strategic and change management.
Certifications:
- Information Assurance (IA) certification as specified by DoD 8570.01-M, to be completed within 7 days of task order award.
