Strategic Projects Manager

RouteSmart Technologies is seeking a highly organized and strategic thinker to join our team as a Strategic Projects Manager . In this critical role, you will work directly with the President and Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Revenue to support a variety of high-impact initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop project plans, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.

You'll play a key role in facilitating communication with Senior Leadership, synthesizing complex information into clear and compelling presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and a proven track record of managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.

The starting salary for this position is anticipated to be in the range of $100,000 to $150,000 per year. At RouteSmart Technologies, Inc., we offer various base pay ranges depending on the work location within the US. Please note that the base pay may differ based on your level of experience.

This position is hybrid or remote; however, we are currently seeking only candidates who are domiciled in the following states: Maryland; New York; Pennsylvania; Arizona; California; Colorado; Florida; Idaho; Illinois; Indiana; Minnesota; New Jersey; North Carolina; Oregon; South Carolina; Washington; Delaware.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify, scope, and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with the company's goals
• Assist in the development of business cases, project plans, roadmaps, and performance metrics to support decision-making and track progress
• Strong communicator with the ability to distill complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences in presentation, written and verbal mediums
• Regularly update stakeholders and leadership with project health, blockers, and key metrics through clear, data-driven reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with ease
• Comfortable leading meetings, documenting action items, and tracking deliverables across multiple business units and product teams

• Ensure project artifacts, plans, and deliverables are well-documented, accessible, and actionable for all stakeholders

• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work alongside product management and product development to understand and communicate technical issues
• Experience working with distributed cross functional teams and remote stakeholders
• Exceptional skills in aligning stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and driving accountability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfort working with senior executives
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; detail oriented
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Minimal travel as required

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or project management
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or similar industries preferred
• Experience supporting executive-level personnel in an enterprise environment
