A strategic HR partner will work closely with the executive level of our organization. They will consult with the board of directors, C-suite executives, and high-level management on business practices that support the organization's goals and objectives. Be a change agent.

Scope of role entails the below expectation though not limited to:

1. Connector (Connect Business and HR Strategy)

2. Translator (Understand the "language of the business")

3. Collaborator (Collaborate and co-create with non-HR stakeholders)

4. Identifier (Identify business challenges and helps solve them from HR)

5. Influencer (Influence other leaders in the organization)

6. Communicator (Communicate effectively with internal clients)

7. Coach and Consultant Coach and consult people across the organization)

8. Data-oriented (Create a data-informed HR strategy and operations)

Preferred Experience and skills:

1. Minimum 15+ years' experience as a Human Resource with more than a decade of experience at Strategic level.

2. Experience of working in Manufacturing industry/ Fashion/ retail etc (someone from the Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

3. Subject Matter Expert.
