State & Local Tax Associate/Counsel

Kilpatrick?s Corporate Department / Employee Benefits State & Local Tax Team is seeking an experienced State & Local Tax Associate or Counsel to join the SALT team to be based in our Chicago office.

Ideal candidate would have at least six years of relevant law firm or accounting firm experience, skills and knowledge related to state and local income, franchise, and sales and use taxes. As a State & Local Tax Associate, you will provide tax consulting, planning, compliance, litigation, and policy services to a diverse range of clients. Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong research and writing skills, and excellent academic credentials are required.
