About the job Staff Attorney ?Litigation Location: St. Louis, MO Hybrid Tucker Ellis LLP, a national law firm, is seeking a confident and skilled Litigation Staff Attorney to join our Health & Life Science practice in our St. Louis office. About the Role As a Litigation Staff Attorney, you will work with a high-profile team handling a large docket of complex cases. We're looking for someone who can work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Key responsibilities include: Handling a wide range of litigation matters, including cases involving multiple products Taking plaintiff depositions with confidence Managing discovery, including e-discovery (Relativity experience is preferred) Working closely with expert witnesses Preparing witnesses and creating electronic deposition binders Drafting briefs and other legal documents Contributing to all phases of the litigation process, from initial discovery to trial Requirements Barred in both Illinois and Missouri is a strong preference Experience managing large case dockets independently Strong technical ability with e-discovery tools, including searching within systems like Relativity Proficiency in witness preparation and deposition binder creation Ability to manage cases from discovery through trial with minimal supervision Why Tucker Ellis?
