SSO/Ping Engineers

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

role focused on

Ping Identity products

in Addison, TX. The position requires deep expertise in various authentication and authorization protocols, along with hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.

Summary of the Role:

Location : Addison, TX (mandatory 5 days a week onsite)

Job Type : Full-time

Experience Required : 7-8 years of experience in managing authentication services with expertise in PingIdentity tools.

Core Responsibilities :

Design and architect solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.

Integrate and implement authentication services using industry standards such as

SAML ,

OIDC ,

OAuth ,

MFA , and

FIDO2 .

Lead technology assignments and collaborate with engineering teams for new features or improvements.

Ensure compliance with security standards and provide support for MFA/FIDO2 integrations.

Troubleshoot complex authentication issues and provide senior-level support for internal teams and end-users.

Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.

Key Requirements:

Hands-on Experience : Minimum 7 years with

PingFederate, PingAccess , and

PingDirectory .

Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of

SAML ,

OIDC ,

OAuth ,

MFA ,

FIDO2 , and

PingIdentity products .

Communication Skills : Clear verbal and written communication skills for documentation and collaboration.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving issues in authentication services.
