Sr. Systems Administrator

Due to continued?growth,?we are currently?seeking?to add a Sr. Systems Administrator. In this role, you?will provide expert-level support, lead complex technical projects, and?be responsible for:

• ?Design,?implement, and support cloud infrastructure?

• ?Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues for end users?

• ?Support?of?Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Office 365/Exchange, SQL,?SharePoint, etc.?

• Support of virtual environments, including VMware and Hyper-V?

• Support backup and disaster recovery solutions?

• Configure, install, and support various network devices and services, including WAN and LAN?connectivity, routers, firewalls, & security?

• Liaise with third-party vendors and other IT personnel for problem-resolution?

• Effectively communicate with customers on ticket progress, impending changes, or agreed-upon outages, etc.??

• Maintain strong client system documentation, including system reviews and recommendations?

• Maintain daily documentation by entering time, expenses, and all work as service tickets in?ConnectWise?

• ?Other duties as assigned?

• Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in the IT field?

• ?MCSE 2012/2016 or VCP 6/6.5 certification (preferred).?

• 7+ years of experience in IT (preferred).?

• Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, Office 365, and Mac OS (a plus).?

• AWS or Azure experience (a plus).?

• Strong communication?skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.?

• High attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.?

• Enthusiasm for contributing to the success of a growing company and client base.?
