Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our BaaS and Fintech product initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer needs, the ability to manage complex product roadmaps, and a passion for driving innovation in the financial services industry. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet our clients' evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs. Prioritize features and initiatives based on lean budget considerations and market demand.
Customer Engagement: Keep customers informed about new features, product updates, and enhancements. Create and implement sophisticated customer journeys to ensure a seamless user experience.
Program Increment Planning: Utilize SAFe Scaled Agile methodology to facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and effective execution of product initiatives.
Agile Ceremonies: Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to define product requirements, develop user stories, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Mobile Application Management: Oversee the development and deployment of mobile applications hosted on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Samsung, ensuring they meet performance and user experience standards.
User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers using tools like Figma to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction.
Quality Assurance Collaboration: Work alongside QA teams to develop testing strategies, ensuring thorough testing of product features and resolving issues before launch.
Cloud Development Understanding: Leverage knowledge of cloud technologies to inform product development strategies and optimize product performance.
DevOps Integration: Partner with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration of product features, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within fintech and BaaS environments.
Strong understanding of SAFe Scaled Agile methodology and hands-on experience with Program Increment Planning.
Proven ability to manage lean budgets and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with mobile application development and management, including knowledge of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Samsung.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer engagement and relationship management.
Familiarity with cloud development, DevOps practices, and user design principles, particularly with Figma.
Ability to analyze data and derive insights to drive product decisions.
