Manage daily operations of the sprinkler division to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sprinkler technicians and support staff.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet customer and company objectives.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and project management.

Requirements
