Summary: At Origami Rehabilitation, the Speech-Language Pathologist is an integral member of a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping individuals with neurological, developmental, and complex rehabilitation needs regain communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic skills that support independence and quality of life. Working under the supervision of the Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor and in partnership with the Clinical Manager and other clinical professionals, this role evaluates and treats clients using evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans while contributing to a highly collaborative, mission-driven environment. Speech-Language Pathologists at Origami have the opportunity to work with diverse and complex cases, participate in interdisciplinary care planning, contribute to program development and quality improvement, and engage in ongoing professional growth. This position offers the opportunity to practice meaningful, client-centered care within our outpatient and residential programs, while being part of a team committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and Origami's mission, vision, and core values.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to palpate, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop kneel or crawl.
