Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role at a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Puyallup, WA . Position Details:
- Location: Puyallup, WA
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Hourly Rate: $45 $50/hour (DOE)
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (No weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, OT, physicians, and nursing
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and safe swallowing practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Medicare
- Supervise CFYs and support staff in accordance with state and facility regulations

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Washington State SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CF eligibility
- Valid driver's license or reliable personal transportation
- Skilled nursing facility or geriatric experience preferred
- Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills
