Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide per-diem services at a school in Federal Way, WA . This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication skills and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students with articulation, fluency, voice, or language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student progress
- Document sessions, progress reports , and compliance with school/district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Requirements
Qualifications:- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Active Washington State SLP License
- Current BLS Certification
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in speech-language pathology
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in speech/language assessments, IEP development, and therapy planning
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, patience, and ability to work with children and multidisciplinary teams
