Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide per-diem services at a school in Federal Way, WA . This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication skills and academic success.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students with articulation, fluency, voice, or language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student progress
• Document sessions, progress reports , and compliance with school/district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Active Washington State SLP License
• Current BLS Certification
• Experience: 1+ year of experience in speech-language pathology
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in speech/language assessments, IEP development, and therapy planning
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, patience, and ability to work with children and multidisciplinary teams
