Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and nutritional guidelines in the senior living industry
Proficiency in kitchen management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Sanitation Certified required as well as good working knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Working knowledge of current food trends and special dietary requirements.
Passion for high-quality food service
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Ability to communicate at all levels
