Solutions Mobile Architect

Maxana is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Solution architect with deep experience in technical writing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for mobile solution architecture, requirements analysis, creating Jira stories, translating technical/business requirements into user stories, writing and translating technical/payment data, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making for our financial services division on this key project. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical feasibility, ensuring that mobile applications are scalable, performant, and user-friendly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve payment processes, enhance user experiences, and provide technical guidance across all facets.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver data-driven solutions that improve payment systems and processes.
• Identify anomalies and trends in payment data, helping to mitigate risks and optimize revenue.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support various initiatives and strategic projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to payment analytics.

Requirements

• Must be a Jira story creation expert and deeply experienced in translating creating user stories to engineering teams
• Deep mobile solution architecture experience
• Requirements analysis
• Deep understanding of mobile technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns, as well as collaboration with various teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Expert in payment optimization, chargeback compliance, and advanced analytics

• 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Writer, or Technical Business Analyst preferably within the payments or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of mobile tech, specifically React Native, Swift (for iOS) and Kotlin/Java (for Android).
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical feasibility, ensuring that mobile applications are scalable, performant, and user-friendly
• Strong communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
