About Role:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Data and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting and implementing end-to-end solutions that leverage data-driven insights to address complex business challenges. Additionally, hands-on experience in Java development and a deep understanding of enterprise application architecture are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:

• Architect end-to-end solutions that encompass data management and enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Develop solution architecture blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to communicate design decisions and technical specifications effectively.

Data Management and Analytics:

• Design data pipelines and analytics frameworks to ingest, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Implement data governance policies, security measures, and compliance standards to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data assets.

Enterprise Application Development:

• Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using .Net / Java and related technologies.
• Define architecture patterns, design principles, and coding standards to promote consistency and maintainability across the application portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a solution architecture role.
• Experience in customer interactions such as discussing business requirements with customers and proposing solutions.
• Experience in Javascript based technologies such as NodeJS, React JS, Angular -- this point can go along with Java/NET
• Experience in consulting or customer facing technology roles
• Hands-on experience in .Net /Java programming and enterprise application development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing data-centric solutions, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Data Engineer) are a plus.
