Job Description

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Solidity Engineer - candidates can be based anywhere, but must be able to work on a 4 hour overlap with PST.

We are a native DeFi and data platform.

Our main product is a new class of asset which enables users to restake directly into AVS and get back a liquid and composable LAT token which represents the staked position.

We're seeking an experienced Solidity engineer to develop and maintain our liquid staking and restaking infrastructure.

Requirements

2+ years of production Solidity development experience

Experience in implementing liquid staking protocols (both staking + reward distribution) and managing staking derivatives

Deep understanding of architecture and restaking mechanisms

Experience with staking pool management, validator operations, and withdrawal systems

Strong knowledge of EVM mechanics and gas optimization techniques
