Job Description

Design and develop snack machinery, fryers, roasters, and heat exchangers using SolidWorks.

Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs for manufacturing.

Customize compact machines for QSRs and micro snack factories.

Support prototyping, testing, and production processes.

Optimize designs for cost, efficiency, and manufacturability.

Ensure compliance with food safety and international standards.

Collaborate with R&D, sales, and production teams.

Adapt designs for U.S. market requirements (e.g., UL, NSF).

Contribute to innovation and patent support.

Requirements

SolidWorks proficiency (3D modeling, sheet metal, drafting)

Strong mechanical design and manufacturing knowledge

Familiarity with heat exchangers and food processing machinery

BOM preparation and technical documentation

Design optimization and problem-solving skills

Team collaboration across R&D, production, and sales

Understanding of food-grade and safety standards (NSF/UL)

Basic knowledge of electrical components in machines
