Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-the-ground canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers interested in solar solutions.
• Initiate conversations with homeowners, providing information about the advantages of solar energy and answering their questions.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of your interactions and follow up with leads as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve canvassing strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and meet goals.
• Experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required!
• Ability to work outdoors and travel within designated neighborhoods.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
