Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-the-ground canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers interested in solar solutions.
- Initiate conversations with homeowners, providing information about the advantages of solar energy and answering their questions.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of your interactions and follow up with leads as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve canvassing strategies.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and meet goals.
- Experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required!
- Ability to work outdoors and travel within designated neighborhoods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
