KR SOLAR POWERED BY LOTUS is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Appointment Setter Manager to join our team. As a Solar Appointment Setter Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of appointment setters who generate leads and schedule appointments for our solar sales consultants. You will play a key role in driving the success of our sales team by managing and optimizing the appointment setting process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of solar appointment setters, providing guidance, training, and support
  • Set and monitor performance targets for the appointment setters
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds lead generation and appointment scheduling goals
  • Implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the appointment setting process
  • Review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align appointment setting strategies with sales objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and solar market developments

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales or appointment setting
  • Proven track record of managing a successful team
  • Knowledge of solar energy and the renewable energy industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
