Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work closely with other engineering professionals within the company to resolve software requirements, build test case scenarios, and help maintain internal applications to ensure that our software is delivered to customers at the highest quality.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Creating new technical test scripts and maintaining existing ones.

Maintaining software applications that utilize technical test scripts.

Gathering software requirements from customers for enhancements, and bug fixes.

Maintaining other internal software applications involving complex calculations.

You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions even in the absence of complete information You relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography

For This Role, You Will Need:

Being available, prompt, and professional to support our customers.

Writing and maintaining numerous test case scenarios to ensure our software is delivered at the highest quality.

Collaborating with other software developers within a team environment by having a positive attitude, providing prompt/accurate replies, supplying test cases, and assisting in coding responsibilities.

Attending regularly scheduled meetings either in-person or virtually in an Agile/Scrum environment.

This may include early mornings / late night meetings

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

?Must have at least 3 years professional experience

Business Analysis including significant people, communication, and organizational skills.

Software Testing / Quality Assurance which includes the creations of sophisticated test case scenarios, and utilization of tools to do so.

Software Development using Visual Studio .NET (C#, VB.NET).

Past professional experiencing working in an engineering environment.
