One of our companies is currently looking for a Software Engineering Manager in the United States.

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing engineering teams, collaborating with product management, design, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of engineers, guiding them through technical challenges, and ensuring the timely execution of engineering projects. Accountabilities:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to align engineering goals with business needs.
• Manage engineering resources to deliver software features on time and to specification.
• Ensure high-quality code through regular reviews, testing, and performance analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and increase automation.
• Oversee the creation of technical documentation, including designs for components and APIs.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team adopts relevant innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead, with a track record of building, mentoring, and guiding teams.
• Solid experience in Frontend Engineering, especially with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript practices.
• Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Strong understanding of scalability, security, and performance best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussions, debate, and idea-sharing across teams.
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments with a focus on continuous learning.
