Software Development Manager

The company Serviceflex Solutions India Pvt Ltd is looking for Software Development Manager.

Qualification Level:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a top-tier institution (IIT, NIT, or international equivalents).

Additional certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are a plus.

Requirements

Experience:

8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a team lead or senior engineering role.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects, including development, deployment, and support.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of designing and developing scalable applications using programming languages like Python, Java, or C#.

Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), including deployment and optimization of backend solutions.

Expertise in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and optimizing their performance.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Practical skills in CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps methodologies.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Strong ability to manage distributed teams effectively, motivate team members, and ensure timely task completion.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical information to various audiences.

Skilled in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Additional Requirements:

Experience working in international teams.

Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Willingness to work remotely or relocate to the Russian Federation if required.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
