RMC is hiring a .Net/Software Developer to support our customer in Dahlgren, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience providing software solutions utilizing the .Net framework for customers withinthe DoD environment.

The selected applicant must be able to participate in the full software development lifecycle and have strong software life cycle management experience. The selected applicant must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be detail oriented.

Requirements

The selected applicant will possess the following qualifications:

• Three to Seven years of experience supporting development technologies such as, .NET applications, .NET Core, JAVA, PHP, Perl, C#.Net, ASP.NET, Web Services, XML, AJAX, and SOAP hosted on Linux or Windows systems.
• Ability to design and develop software functionality based on customer driven requirements.
• Ability to work within a DoD environment utilizing a DevSecOps pipeline framework.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications to facilitate solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM software development process.
• Ability to manage and prioritize product backlog.
• Serve as a liaison between product and development.
• Coordinate and manage customer meetings to determine requirements.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Required Clearance:

• An InterimDoD secret security clearance is required to start .
• Applicant must be able to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance. Selected applicant may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
