Agency Services is a prominent marketing and advertising firm that has been driving meaningful engagement for clients since 2005. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to work on site to fill the role of Record B-Rolls, Post Reels & Stories, Social Media & Video Studio Assistant. This position offers the chance to work closely with our creative team, assisting in the development and production of engaging video content for social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Record B-roll footage for various projects that align with the intended messaging.
  • Edit and post short videos, reels, and stories across multiple social media platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining the video studio, ensuring all equipment is operational and organized.
  • Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to plan and execute video projects.
  • Stay current with social media trends to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize video content for audience reach and engagement.
  • Track and analyze the performance of posted content to inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in video production, including recording and editing
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for video posting
  • Proficient in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of B-roll techniques and storytelling with video
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Creative mindset with a passion for video content creation
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
