Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Build and implement effective?content strategies?that drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
• Plan and execute?social media strategies?based on audience insights, platform trends, and campaign goals.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices to identify new opportunities.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
• Recommend improvements to content, campaigns, and platform strategies based on performance insights.
• Assist in influencer collaborations, social campaigns, contests, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and current digital marketing best practices.

• 1+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of?social media platforms, audience behavior, and platform-specific content strategies.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing?content strategies?and?social media strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging digital content.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools.
• Strong creativity with an eye for visual content, trends, and audience engagement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
