Role Summary:

As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will spearhead our organic social media efforts, creating content that not only engages but also drives significant growth in exposure and revenue. Your expertise will help build a substantial following, enhance our brand presence, and contribute to generating new revenue streams through organic channels. Your work will directly impact our groundbreaking educational platform, reaching millions of users across the globe.

Mission:

• Content Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our company's brand values and vision. Ensure a strong presence on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social channels to drive organic growth and revenue.
• Content Creation and Curation: Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and infographics. Each piece of content should be optimized for its respective platform and aimed at driving exposure and sales.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community by responding to comments and messages, fostering discussions, and building strong relationships to increase brand loyalty and drive organic growth.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Use insights to optimize content strategy, achieve growth targets, and drive our organic efforts to contribute 10-20%+ of total sales.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, while keeping a pulse on Web3, DeFi, and Blockchain Technology developments. We must remain on the cutting edge
• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with marketing experts and creative professionals to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns, driving cohesive brand messaging and innovative growth strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is accurate, meets project specifications, adheres to deadlines, and aligns with our brand voice and standards. Maintain high-quality content that reflects our internal quality standards.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners to align on goals and expectations, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.

Requirements

What do you bring?

• Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media campaigns and content.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Passion for DeFi, blockchain, and Web3 technology.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Tools: Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated individual with a collaborative spirit and a passion for learning and growth.
