As a Social Media Assistant, you will be integral in shaping our online presence, connecting with our audience, and implementing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms.

• Develop and manage engaging content for our social media channels, maintaining consistency with our brand voice.
• Engage proactively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Assist in the creation and execution of social media marketing campaigns.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to suggest improvements in our strategies.
• Research and stay updated on social media trends to enhance engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media content with overall marketing objectives.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks related to social media management.

Requirements

• Proven interest in social media and digital marketing practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience with social media management tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and refine strategies.
