Job Description
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and passionate soccer coaches to lead individual and small-group training sessions. Ideal candidates will have playing and/or coaching experience, a growth mindset, and the ability to connect with players and parents in a professional and encouraging manner.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct private and small group training sessions.
- Implement technical drills that prioritize ball touches and skill development.
- Create a positive, fun, and focused learning environment.
- Provide feedback to players and communicate progress to parents when needed.
- Arrive early, set up equipment neatly, and represent Futbol Factory with professionalism.
- Submit session plans and follow company training structures and philosophies.
- Emphasize life lessons and core values during training.

Requirements
- Soccer playing or coaching experience (club, high school, college, or pro).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to training locations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our coaching style and systems.
- Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- USSF, USC, or other coaching licenses (not required but a plus).
- Experience working with kids ages 618.
- CPR/First Aid certification (optional).
