SkyTrak Specialist

Compensation: This role will be compensated with a base annual salary plus an annual bonus percentage

• Base Annual Range: $60,000-$75,000

Location: Hybrid/On-site at GOLFTEC's Headquarters in Englewood, CO

• Relocation assistance can be made available for internal applicants

Position Summary:

The SKYTRAK Specialist plays a key role in supporting quality assurance and feature development efforts on SKYTRAK. This individual will ensure product reliability and performance through hands-on testing and by providing feedback to development teams. Additionally, this individual contributes to product innovation and development by generating feature ideas, conducting competitive and user research, and assisting in Product & R&D initiatives to help shape the future of the SKYTRAK experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and Coordinate SKYTRAK QA Testing Conduct manual testing of SKYTRAK software and hardware features to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues for ongoing releases, new features, and product launches. This involves extended hitting and playing on SKYTRAK.
• Document Test Results Accurately track and report defects, testing outcomes, and suggested improvements to development and product teams.
• Feature Ideation Contribute new product and feature ideas based on user needs, technology trends, and personal use of SKYTRAK.
• Competitive Research Analyze competitor products and experiences, identifying key differentiators and opportunities for SKYTRAK innovation.
• Customer Research Monitor SKYTRAK user and customer forums and message boards for complaints, issues, and ideas
• R&D Support Collaborate with product and engineering teams during early-stage feature development, offering insights on feasibility and golfer value.
• User Experience Feedback Provide input on overall user experience, identifying areas for improvement across UI, usability, and performance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure a seamless flow of information and aligned priorities.
• Stay Current on GOLFTEC Trends Maintain a strong understanding of emerging golf simulation and training technologies to inform product strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year as a GOLFTEC Coach preferred
• Thorough and detail oriented
• Must be able to work well and communicate with other team members
• Solid working knowledge of computer software applications and software ticketing systems
• High degree of professionalism including ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to work on multiple running projects at any given time
