We are hiring Skilled Construction Laborers for a long-term project in Norfolk, NE. This is a full-time, on-site position with a pay rate of $22 to $ 26 per hour , depending on experience. About the Role
As a Skilled Construction Laborer, you will work on various construction tasks, including concrete work and general labor. You will be part of a team that values hard work, safety, and quality. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities
You will perform a range of construction tasks, such as preparing job sites, mixing and pouring concrete, operating tools and equipment, and assisting with other labor-intensive duties. You will work closely with your team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Safety is a top priority, so you will follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.

This role requires reliability and a strong work ethic. You will need to communicate effectively with your team and supervisors, and you must be able to work in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-hire drug screen are required.
