In this role, you will oversee the shipment of materials and products from our facilities to various destinations while ensuring that all shipping processes are carried out efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the shipping schedule, working closely with suppliers and logistics providers.
Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and customers as needed.
Resolving shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and inventory levels.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
24 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role.
Knowledge of shipping and customs regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
