Shipping Clerk

We are looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products we ship to our customers. A Shipping Clerk's responsibilities include recording every detail of the order, from providing shipping quotes, packing items into shipping boxes to labeling them. They are also accountable for ensuring that each package gets shipped correctly and on time.

• Provide shipping quotes and lead times.
• Count and pack orders
• Reply to emails in a timely manner.
• Maintain work area organize, clean, and cataloging items
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed.
• Organize the production staff on hand to ensure orders are completed by the lead time provided.
• Communicating and working with Management.
• Prepare production reports for managers
• Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar role
• Basic Computer skills
• Ability to lift items
• Bilingual not required but a plus
• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• A high school qualification or equivalent is preferred
